These Terms & Conditions explain how we handle your orders, payments, shipping, and returns when you shop with us on www.stylishly3d.com (or any related site).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms — so please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. About Us

Stylishly3D is a UK-based small business creating handmade 3D printed home décor, gifts, and seasonal designs.
Each item is made to order with love and care.

2. Our Products

  • All of our products are 3D printed and handmade to order, which means small variations in colour or texture are normal — that’s what makes each piece unique.

  • Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your display settings.

  • Our products are designed for decorative or dry use only (not suitable for water or food unless stated).

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted through our website and processed securely via Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.

  • Payment must be received in full before production begins.

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email — please check that all details (e.g. names, colours, sizes) are correct.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at stylishly3d@gmail.com.

4. Processing & Shipping

  • All items are made to order, usually within 2-3 business days (may be longer during busy seasons).

  • We ship via Royal Mail or other trusted couriers.

  • UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout — we can’t be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order and often personalised, we cannot accept returns unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty

  • We’ve made an error with your order

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

We don’t offer returns for:

  • Personalised/custom items (unless faulty)

  • Colour or size variations caused by display differences

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately.
Once we’ve started printing or preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and logos on this website belong to Stylishly3D.
Please don’t copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission.

8. Liability

Stylishly3D is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or external carriers

  • Misuse or improper handling of products

All items are sold for decorative use only unless otherwise stated.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Privacy

We care deeply about your privacy.
Your personal details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
